Linda
Registered Dental Hygienist
Linda graduated from Indiana State University in 1984. She then attended the St. Louis Dental Hygiene School, graduating in 1992. She is a current member of ADHA. As a dental hygienist, she keeps up with the Florida laws and rules protecting her patients. She also attends many educational seminars and classes to assure that her patients are receiving the most current dental procedures. Linda is dedicated to giving her all to the practice. She has been with Drs. Campbell and Catlin since 2004. Her patients are her number one priority. The best part about working at Catlin Dental, she states, is the staff. The staff is a great team that helps each other and makes work go smoothly.
Kathleen
Business Administrator
Kathleen loves being the first smiling face to greet you at Catlin Dental. More than just a warm welcome, she loves the challenges that come with working the front desk, including any insurance questions you may have. Kathleen is a graduate of Grand Rapids Community College, with thirty years of experience in the dental field, from general to periodontal offices. After spending most of her life in Michigan, she loves the sunny Florida lifestyle. Kathleen is delighted to be a Catlin Dental team member and is eager to provide a pleasant and incomparable dental experience for all new and familiar patients.
Lisa
Certified Dental Assistant
Lisa was born in Chicago and moved to the sunshine state in the eighties. She graduated from Cape Coral High School, and has been a resident of Southwest Florida ever since. Lisa became a Dental Assistant after studying at James Lorenzo Walker Technical College, and has been in the dental field since 1986. She has been with Catlin Dental since 2017, and has said her favorite part about the practice is the friendly staff, the memorable patients and of course the view! Lisa is a very compassionate assistant who strives to provide exceptional chairside support to the doctors and patients.
Jackie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jackie is a Florida native, born and raised in the city of Cape Coral. She graduated Dental Hygiene school in 2013 from Florida Southwestern State College formerly Edison State College. She loves building rapport with patients and strives to make each visit as comfortable as possible. Jackie joined Catlin Dental Group in 2018. Her favorite thing about working at Catlin Dental is being a part of a wonderful team that truly have each other’s and their patient’s best interest at heart. Outside of work, Jackie stays busy spending time with her husband, raising their three boys, working out, and taking trips to the Florida Keys!
Debbie
Office Manager
Debbie joined the Catlin Dental Group in 2019, bringing a career-long focus on the administrative intricacies of the dental field. She is dedicated to ensuring the office runs smoothly while maintaining the high standards of patient care the practice is known for.
For Debbie, the most rewarding part of her role is being part of the warm, family-oriented atmosphere. she finds great fulfillment in witnessing the genuine, quality care the doctors provide to their patients every single day.
Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys the vibrant lifestyle of Southwest Florida, whether she is exploring the local beaches or spending quality time with her family and friends.
Michelle
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michelle was born and raised in Stamford, CT and moved to Southwest Florida in 2003. She was an Orthodontic Assistant before becoming a RDH. She graduated with her Associates of Science from Florida Southwestern State College and received her Dental Assisting degree from Stanford Brown Academy in Ft. Lauderdale. She has worked in the dental field for over 13 years and joined Catlin Dental Group in 2019. Michelle has two children and enjoys running and visiting our beautiful Florida beaches!!
Patricia
Registered Dental Hygienist
Patricia was born in the South African region and later moved to the United States, where she pursued her passion for dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1996. With a diverse background practicing in multiple states, she has developed a well-rounded approach to patient care. In 2022, Patricia joined Catlin Dental Group in Florida, where she is committed to providing the highest quality care to her patients. She continuously enhances her skills through ongoing education and remains dedicated to staying current with Florida State Board laws and regulations. Her focus is on delivering compassionate, knowledgeable, and up-to-date dental care to every patient’s individual needs.
Tori
Dental Assistant
Tori graduated from Florida South Western State College in 2021. She then attended Dental Assistant Training School here in Fort Myers, finishing in 2022. She completed her internship here at Catlin Dental and gladly joined our team in 2023. She was also a patient here years before working here. Tori is new to the Dental world and strives to be the best she can be, so that she can provide our patients with quality care.
Maggie
Certified Registered Dental Hygienist
Maggie is a Florida native who graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with her bachelor’s degree in 2020. She brings over six years of dental experience to our office, having begun her career as a dental assistant before pursuing dental hygiene. Maggie’s background, dedication to patient care, and passion for dentistry make her a valuable part of our team. She is known for her positive attitude and energetic presence, helping create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient.
Allyson
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Allyson is a dedicated dental professional who grew up in Brunswick, Maryland, and relocated to Florida in 2018. She graduated from Island Coast High School and is currently pursuing her degree in Dental Hygiene at Florida South Western State College. Allyson joined the Catlin team in August 2025 to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience while continuing her studies. She is known for her strong patient-first mindset and her commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Allyson thrives on continuous learning from her colleagues and mentors as she advances her education. Outside of work and school, Allyson enjoys golfing, spending time at the beach, and surrounding herself with her close friends who motivate and support her success.
Shelly
Business Administrator
Shelly was born in Lakeview Michigan, graduated high school in Apopka Florida. She then attended Dental Assistant school at Grand Rapids Educational Centers in Michigan, finishing in 1996. Now with thirty years of experience in the dental field, having work in general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and now enjoying the business side of dentistry. She joined Catlin Dental Group in 2026 and is happy to be part of an amazing team who all strive to provide exceptional dental care and support to each other and to patients! Loves living in sunny Florida.
Ali
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Ali is a Fort Myers native who graduated from Florida State University in 2024 and has been a proud member of the Catlin Dental team ever since. As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), she is dedicated to clinical excellence and providing a high standard of care for her patients. You can always find Ali around the office with a happy smile and an energetic attitude, ready to make every visit as seamless and positive as possible. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Luke, and their dog, Osce, especially going out on the boat enjoying the local Florida waters.
Jenny
Business Administrator
Originally from Puerto Rico and raised in New York City, Jenny brings over three decades of experience in the dental field to our team. After graduating from George Washington High School and attending NYU, she built a career that spans both clinical and administrative roles. Jenny joined Catlin Dental in 2023 and is passionate about creating a smooth, supportive experience for every patient. She is especially skilled in helping patients understand their insurance and coordinating care for our VA community. In her free time, Jenny loves visiting her family in the Dominican Republic.
